Overall goal


Das Ziel des Projektes ist die Ausbildung und wirtschaftliche Ermächtigung von marginalisierten Jugendlichen aus den beiden ländlichen Gebieten Córdoba und Cauca in Kolumbien.


Expected results


Erwartete Ergebnisse:

150 Jugendliche nehmen am Ausbildungsprogramm teil und können ihre Talente und die dazu passenden Berufe, welche am lokalen Markt nachgefragt werden, identifizieren; Aufbau von Kooperationsbeziehungen mit fünf Bildungseinrichtungen in Cauca und Córdoba sowie mit 20 lokalen Unternehmen; Praktika und Lehrstellen für AbsolventInnen des Programms stehen zur Verfügung.

 


Target group / Beneficiaries


Zielgruppe:

150 afrokolumbianische und indigene Jugendliche im Alter von 17 bis 25 Jahren, aus den ländlichen Gebieten der Córdoba und Cauca Region. Diese Jugendlichen kommen aus Familien mit knappen wirtschaftlichen Ressourcen. ca. 65 % Prozent der TeilnehmerInnen sind weiblich.

 


Activities


Maßnahmen:

Qualitätsvolle Bildungsseminare in Lesen, Rechnen sowie zur Entwicklung von Fertigkeiten zur Beschäftigungsfähigkeit und Lebenskompetenz; technische Ausbildungsmodule für unterschiedliche Handwerksberufe und Gewerbe; Persönlichkeitscoachings; Netzwerkarbeit mit Regierungsbehörden, Bildungseinrichtungen und lokalen Unternehmen; Unterstützung bei der Gründung von Kleinstunternehmen.

 


Context


Hintergrundinformation:

Die Distrikte Córdoba und Cauca, mit großen afrokolumbianischen und indigenen Bevölkerungsgruppen, zählen zu den anfälligsten für bewaffnete Konflikte, die seit fünfzig Jahren in Kolumbien herrschen. In beiden Regionen gibt es eine stark wachsende junge Bevölkerung. Sie haben kaum Zugang zu technischer oder weiterführender Bildung. Etwa 20 % der Jugendlichen sind arbeitslos und rund 80% der arbeitenden Jungen sind unterbeschäftigt.
