Overall goal


Das Ziel der beauftragten Arbeit ist es, der ADA technische Beratung im Bereich Projektmonitoring und Projekterarbeitung der Interventionen der OEZA in Zimbabwe zu geben.


Die Aktivitäten in diesem Zusammenhang werden sein:

1. technische Beratung im Bereich Projektmonitoring während der Projektimplementierung

2. und technische Beratung im Bereich Projektmonitoring im Zusammenhang mit der Programmimplementierung.


Die Ergebnisse des Projektes sind:

1. Politische und wirtschaftliche Rahmenbedingungen wurden analysiert und neue Sektorstrategien und -policies formuliert.

2. Neue Herangehensweisen, Ideen und Projekte wurden identifiziert und entwickelt und Ausschreibungen inklusive Calls for Proposals wurden erfolgreich abgewickelt.

3. Die Qualität der Projektimplementierung wurde gesichert betreffend die Übereinstimmung mit nationalen Entwicklungszielen, Projektzielen, mit bestimmten Richtlinen für Instrumente und mit Projekten in anderen Sektoren und durch andere Geber.

4. Ein Dialog im Sektor fand statt und führte zu der oben erwähnten Übereinstimmung.

5. Eine umfassende Intervention im Sektor hat stattgefunden und zur Reduktion von Armut geführt.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
