Projektziel ist die Errichtung eines Partizipativen Radiosenders nach den Grundsätzes eines "radio comunitaria", mit besonderem Focus auf die Entwicklung von Radiosendungen für Frauen.


Ausgangspunkt ist die Nachfrage der Bevölkerung nach einem partizipativen Radiosender und das Fehlen eines solchen in Granada und seiner Umgebung. Die vorhandenen kommerziellen Radiostationen können aufgrund ihrer gewinnorientierten Ausrichtung das Bedürfnis nach einem Programm, das die für die communities relevanten Themen bietet, nicht erfüllen. Daten dazu sind in einer umfangreichen Untersuchung (radio diagnóstico) im Frühjahr 2005 erhoben worden.


Die künftige Kernredaktion von 15 Personen (davon 8 Frauen) hat schon an den Radioschulungen im Februar und März 2005 teilgenommen, Sendungen und eigene Radioformate produziert. Die Gründung einer Radioredaktion wurde bereits im Vorfeld diskutiert.

Computer samt Software wurden schon Anfang 2005 nach Granada gebracht und installiert. Auch stehen seitdem Aufnahmegeräte und Mikrophone frei zur Verfügung.


Das Projekt wird von der Casa de los Tres Mundos logistisch und mit ihrer Infrastruktur unterstützt. Ein schalldichter und klimatisierter Raum, das frühere Fotolabor, wird langfristig dem Projekt zur Verfügung gestellt.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
