Short Description:

Overall goal


Der Rahmen für Kleinvorhaben des Auslandsbüros Jerewan 2020 folgt den Grundsätzen, Schwerpunktsetzungen und programmatischen Vorgaben der OEZA-Landesstrategie Armenien bzw. des gültigen Dreijahresprogramms der Österreichischen Entwicklungspolitik. Eine Konzentration auf den OEZA-Sektorschwerpunkt Landwirtschaft sowie das Querschnittsthema Governance ist geplant.


Expected results


Die erwarteten Ergebnisse werden in den einzelnen Kleinvorhaben (Förderanträge bzw. Beauftragungen) festgesetzt.


Target group / Beneficiaries


Die Zielgruppen der Kleinvorhaben sind zivilgesellschaftliche Organisationen sowie staatliche Einrichtungen in Armenien. Die Begünstigten werden im Rahmen der Vergabe der jeweiligen Förderung bzw. des jeweiligen Auftrags festgelegt.


Activities


Es werden Projektaktivitäten und Initiativen von zivilgesellschaftlichen Akteuren, aber auch von staatlichen Einrichtungen unterstützt.

Folgende Maßnahmen werden gesetzt, um einen Beitrag zur Umsetzung der Landesstrategie zu leisten:

- (Ko-)Finanzierung von Kleinprojekten

- Technische Assistenz

- Spezifische Kapazitätsentwicklung in einem der Schwerpunktsektoren bzw. im Kontext der Landesstrategie Armenien

- Sektor- oder programmrelevante Studien, Publikationen und Veranstaltungen

- Maßnahmen im Rahmen von Harmonisierung und gemeinsamer Geberinitiativen

- Maßnahmen zur Gleichstellung der Geschlechter bzw. Förderung von Frauen

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
