Overall goal


Ziel des Projekts ist der Wiederaufbau von Hochwasserschutzinfrastruktur in sechs von den Überschwemmungen 2014 betroffenen Gemeinden in Serbien.


Expected results


Erwartete Ergebnisse

(1) Sanierung von 43 km Abwasserkanälen in Obrenovac;

(2) Sanierung von 22 km Abwasserkanälen in Surcin;

(3) Erneuerung der Pumpstationen in Obrenovac;

(4) Wiederaufbau des Hochwasserschutzes in Valjevo (Reparatur und Aufbau von Dämmen und Uferverbauungen sowie Reinigung des Flussbettes entlang des Kolubara vom Stadtzentrum flussaufwärts);

(5) Wiederaufbau des Hochwasserschutzes in Paracin (Reparatur und Aufbau von Dämmen und Uferverbauungen sowie Konstruktion eines Rückhaltebeckens und Reinigung des Flussbettes entlang des Crnica vom Stadtzentrum flussaufwärts);

(6) Wiederaufbau des Hochwasserschutzes in Svilajnac (Reparatur und Aufbau von Dämmen und Uferverbauungen sowie Reinigung des Flussbettes entlang der Flüsse Velika Morava, Buk und Resava).


Target group / Beneficiaries


Die Zielgruppe des Projekts umfasst rund 450.000 Menschen in den sechs von den Überschwemmungen 2014 betroffenen Gemeinden, die direkt von dem Projekt profitieren. Drei dieser sechs Gemeinden finden sich in Zentralserbien (Svilajnac, Para?in und Valjevo mit insgesamt 140.000 EinwohnerInnen), die anderen drei Gemeinden befinden sich im Großraum Belgrad (Obrenovac und Sur?in mit rund 310.000 EinwohnerInnen). Die für die Gemeinden zuständigen Public Water Management Companies Srbijavode und Beogradvode zählen weiters zu der zentralen Zielgruppe des Projekts.

 


Context


Das gesamte Budget für das Projekt beträgt EUR 19,5 Mio.

Die EU-Mittel für das Projekt stammen aus dem Programm IPA II 2014 Special Measure on Flood Recovery and Flood Risk Management.

  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
