Overall goal


Im Jahr 2002 wurde nach einem öffentlichen Spendenaufruf mit der dringend erforderlichen Sanierung der gesamten Belgrader Universitätsklinik Tirsova in mehreren Phasen begonnen. Sowohl die Phase I (Fassadenarbeiten) als auch die Phase II (Rehabilitierung der öffentlichen Bereiche) des Spitals wurden vollständig abgeschlossen. Im Jahr 2003 folgte die Rehabilitierung der Fachabteilungen. Im Zuge dessen konnte mittels deutscher Unterstützung die Arbeit an der Traumatologischen Abteilung begonnen werden.


Im Rahmen des gegenständlichen Vertrags werden die restlichen Renovierungsarbeiten der Räumlichkeiten der traumatologischen Abteilung der Kinderchirurgie durchgeführt, deren Rehabilitierung bereits in einem fortgeschrittenen Stadium ist, jedoch aus Finanzierungsengpässen nicht abgeschlossen werden konnte. Es handelt sich v.a. um Elektroinstallationen des Stark- und Schwachstroms, Heizungs - und Installationen der Leitungen für technische Gase sowie für den Telefonanschluss. Die laufenden Arbeiten werden von der Firma Ganex durchgeführt, die durch ein öffentliches Ausschreibungsverfahren als Best- und Billigstbieter eruiert wurde. Von der Klinikverwaltung wurde ein externes Monitoring (Gosa Projmetal) beauftragt, das v.a. die täglichen Bauabnahmen durchführt, sodass neben dem Monitoring durch das Koordinationsbüro Belgrad eine optimale Implementierung des Vorhabens sichergestellt ist.


Das Vorhaben entspricht insofern dem Länderprogramm der OZA für Serbien, als es unter den Schwerpunkt 'Gesundheit und Soziales' fällt.
