Overall goal



Das Mikroprojekt "Reparatur und sinnvolle Nutzung des Trinkwassersystems in Thadi, Nepal" ist ein Teilbereich eines Dorfentwicklungsprogramm namens "Twin-Villages" und sieht Infrastrukturmaßnahmen, Bildungsmaßnahmen und Bewusstseinsbildung vor.


Es zielt auf die Reparatur und Adaptierung der Wasserversorgung ab. Das derzeitige System ist sehr mangelhaft und reparaturbedürftig, da es seitens der Bevölkerung immer wieder unsachgemäße Eingriffe gegeben hat. Es muss zum einen der Wasserverlust durch nicht fachgerechte Eingriffe in das System gestoppt werden, zum anderen müssen Absperrvorrichtungen den Wasserverbrauch regulieren. Bereits bestehende aber versiegte Brunnen und Zapfstellen müssen wieder aktiviert werden.


Entscheidend und dringend notwendig ist vor allem, nicht nur das System zu reparieren, sondern durch Bildungs- und Schulungsmaßnahmen für die DorfbewohnerInnen eine nachhaltige Nutzung zu gewährleisten.

  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
