Overall goal


Ziel der Strategische Allianz ist die Verringerung der Hilfsabhängigkeit des Roten Kreuzes der Republik Nordmazedonien (RCNM).

 


Expected results


Das Ziel ist erreicht, wenn kostenpflichtige integrierte Pflege- und Unterstützungsdienstleistungen für ältere Frauen und Männer in der Republik Nordmazedonien vorbereitet, eingeführt und skaliert wurden.

 


Target group / Beneficiaries


Von dem Projekt profitieren mindestens 1.160 Personen. Dazu zählen ältere Frauen und Männer welche Zugang zu Pflege und Unterstützungsdienstleistungen erhalten, pflegende Angehörige, und HauspflegehelferInnen sowie deren Familien. Es werden mindestens 50 Jobs geschaffen.

 


Activities


Das Vorhaben baut auf drei Säulen:


· Komponente 1 (Vorbereitung): Finanzierbarkeit (Bankability) von sozialmedizinischen Zentren in Skopje und Dojran; hierzu gab es bereits Gespräche mit der Österreichischen Entwicklungsbank bezüglich einer möglichen Finanzierung.


· Komponente 2 (Einführung): Pilotierung des Emergency Button (EB) -Dienstes als Social Business und Generierung von Einnahmen für RCNM.


· Komponente 3 (Skalierung): Einrichtung eines RCNM-Kompetenzzentrums für Haushaltshilfe (Schulungen und Bereitstellung von Haushaltshilfen) als selbsttragendes soziales Unternehmen oder Programm in Strumica.

 


Context


Das Vorhaben wird in den Städten Skopje, Dojran, Strumica, Radovish, Gevgelija und Valandovo umgesetzt.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
