Zielgruppe/n:

# Geschiedene oder verheiratete Frauen, denen es nicht möglich ist, ihre Familie zu ernähren oder genug zum Familieneinkommen beizutragen

# Minderjährige Schwangere, Mädchen zwischen 13 und 17 Jahren, die aus Naivität, Missbrauch aufgrund beruflicher Abhängigkeitsverhältnisse etc. schwanger werden

# Arbeitslose Jugendliche (Mädchen und Burschen), mit oder ohne abgeschlossener Ausbildung, ohne berufliche Perspektive


Ziele des Projekts:

# Die Begünstigten sollen ein höheres Selbstbewusstsein und Selbstwertgefühl bekommen und dazu befähigt werden, ihre Rechte und Pflichten als Ehepartner/in, Mutter, minderjährige Schwangere, Kleinunternehmer/in oder Angestellte/r zu kennen und sie zu leben.

# Die Stärkung der Begünstigten (besonders der Frauen) soll mittelfristig zu einer Steigerung des Einkommens führen und den Lebensstandard der Frauen und Jugendlichen stark verbessern. Durch das Kennenlernen und die Stärkung der eigenen Fähigkeiten, durch gezielte Schulung in den Bereichen Pädagogik, Recht und Medizin.

# Durch Beratung und finanzielle Unterstützung in Form von Kleinkrediten soll die Selbsthilfekapazität der Frauen und der Jugendlichen verbessert und Kleinunternehmertum initiiert werden (aufgrund der schlechten Wirtschaftslage sind kaum Jobs am freien Markt zu finden).


Geplante Maßnahmen:

# Bau und Einrichtung eines Selbsthilfe- und Sozialzentrums

# Personalauswahl und Personalausbildung (finanziert über Sozialzentrum, 5 Frauen, 3 Männer)

# Schulungen und Beratungen - die Bildungsangebote sind auf Frauen und Jugendliche abgestimmt und zielen darauf ab, sie auf Grund mangelnder Chancen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt selbständig zu machen

# Beratung zur Planung und Umsetzung der einkommenschaffenden Maßnahmen (Vergabe von Kleinkrediten)

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
