Overall goal


Das Leistungspaket 2011 stellt eine Fortführung und Weiterentwicklung der Arbeit von kulturen in bewegung (kibe) dar. Inhaltlicher Schwerpunkt in der Projektentwicklung gemeinsam mit KünstlerInnen ist das Thema "Gender/Geschlechterverhältnisse" im globalen Kontext. Strategische Allianzen mit themenrelevanten AkteurInnen sowie mit Gemeinden sollen forciert werden; Musikprogramme, Ausstellungen, Workshops und Performances entwickelt und umgesetzt werden. Dabei spielen die Qualifizierung von KünstlerInnen mit migrantischem Hintergrund und Weiterbildungsangebote insbesondere für den Musikbereich und für die Vermittlungsarbeit mit Kindern/Jugendlichen eine Rolle. Mehrere Kooperationsprojekte (Afrika-Tage/ porgy&bess, Weltkulturtage/ sunnseitn OÖ, europaweite Jugendkulturkarawane, u.a.), internationale Austauschprojekte sowie die Themen- und Netzwerkarbeit werden fortgeführt. Informations- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit (u.a. Website, E-Newsletter, soziale Netzwerke, Medienkooperationen) ergänzen das Maßnahmenpaket. Zu den Dialoggruppen zählen KünstlerInnen, KulturveranstalterInnen, Bildungs- und freizeitpädagogische Einrichtungen, SchülerInnen/Jugendliche, MigrantInnen, ExpertInnen (Kunst/Kultur, EZA, NRO), die Medien sowie eine breitere kulturinteressierte Öffentlichkeit.


Das Projekt wird aus OEZA-Mitteln in der Höhe von insgesamt Euro 265.000,- (85,12 % des Gesamtprojektvolumens) gefördert. (Laufzeit: 1 Jahr)

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
