Das Projekt wird von Klimabündnis OÖ in Kooperation mit dem Interuniversitären Forschungszentrum für Technik, Arbeit und Kultur (IFZ), Südwind Agentur, FAIRTRADE, Clean Clothes Plattform, Ökokauf Wien und einer auf Vergaberecht spezialisierten Unternehmensberatung realisiert.

Aufbauend auf den Erfahrungen von zwei Vorgängerprojekten in den Jahren 2007-11 (SF 1+2) plant das Konsortium bewährte Aktivitäten unter der Marke SO:FAIR 2012-2014 fortzuführen. Die Initiative forciert die sozial faire öffentliche Beschaffung in Österreich. Beschaffungsverantwortliche werden befähigt, fair produzierte und gehandelte Textilien, Lebensmittel und Steine zu beschaffen, EntscheidungsträgerInnen werden sensibilisiert. Die Aktivitäten umfassen die Aktualisierung der Kriterienkataloge, die Informationsarbeit/ Sensibilisierung für Thema Fairer Einkauf mittels Veranstaltungen mit Good-Practice-Beispielen, Fachsymposien, Trainings und begleitende Beratungen, sowie spezifischer Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und verstärktem Lobbying. Als Zielgruppen angesprochen werden primär Beschaffungsverantwortliche der öffentlichen Verwaltung, EntscheidungsträgerInnen aus Politik und Verwaltung, zivilgesellschaftliche Gruppen sowie eine interessierte allgemeine Öffentlichkeit.


Das Projekt wird aus OEZA-Mitteln in der Höhe von Euro 60.000,- (50% des Gesamtprojektvolumens) gefördert.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
