Overall goal


Ziel ist es, ein Diskussionsforum zu schaffen, wo Wissensaufbau und Vertiefung ermöglicht wird. Bei der Sommerakademie 2016 und 2017 werden alternative Handlungsmöglichkeiten aufgezeigt und die Förderung von Vernetzung und Austausch zwischen verschiedenen Stakeholdern ermöglicht.

 


Expected results


Zwei fünftägige SommerAkademien: 2016 in Schrems (NÖ) und 2017 (Ort noch nicht bekannt) mit je ca. 250 - 300 TeilnehmerInnen und jeweils ca. 50 - 60 Workshops, Podiumsdiskussionen mit renommierten ExpertInnen, zivilgesellschaftliche Vernetzungsräume und begleitende Öffentlichkeitsarbeit sowie ein kulturelles Rahmenprogramm werden durchgeführt.


Target group / Beneficiaries


Das Vorhaben richtet sich vorwiegend an eine gesellschaftspolitisch interessierte Öffentlichkeit und baut auf einer breiten Kooperationsbasis aus verschiedenen Attac Inhalts- und Regionalgruppen sowie Mitgliedsorganisationen aus Ökologie, Menschenrechte, Entwicklungspolitik, Friedenspolitik, Gewerkschaften und Sozialwesen auf.

Gemeinwohlorientierte Unternehmen, wissenschaftliche MitarbeiterInnen verschiedener Fachbereiche, Organisationen aus dem Bereich „Flucht und Migration“, Vereine vor Ort sowie diverse MedienpartnerInnen (Print, Radio, TV) zählen ebenso zu den Zielgruppen. Die regionale Umsetzung liegt 2016 in NÖ – Schrems bzw. bei der Medienarbeit österreichweit.

 


Activities


Die Projektaktivitäten umfassen zwei fünftägige Sommerakademien 2016 (13. – 17.7. in Schrems) und 2017 – mit Podien, Workshops, kulturellem Rahmenprogramm, Vernetzungsräumen, der Einbindung lokaler Akteure vor Ort und eine umfassende Öffentlichkeitsarbeit.


Context


Das Projekt wird bei einem Gesamtprojektvolumen von EUR 68.000,- mit EUR 12.000,- (Zweckwidmung) bei einer Laufzeit von 18,5 Monaten gefördert.

  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
