Overall goal


Ziel des Vorhabens ist es einerseits, Kindern mit erhöhtem Betreuungsbedarf in San Salvador durch tägliche Betreuung und Beaufsichtigung durch geschultes Fachpersonal die Möglichkeit zu persönlicher Entfaltung und Selbstbestimmung zu geben. 60 Kinder im Alter von 1 bis 7 Jahren sollen im Rahmen des ggst. Projekts in ihrer Persönlichkeitsentwicklung unterstützt werden. Dabei soll der Schwerpunkt der Förderung bei den 1-4 jährigen Kindern im sozial-emotionalen Bereich liegen, während für Kinder im Alter von 4 bis 7 Jahren die Förderansätze im kognitiven Bereich liegen sollen. Zusammenfassend heißt das für die zu betreuenden Kinder die für sie notwendige Unterstützung für ihre Persönlichkeitsentwicklung sicherzustellen, ihre Fähigkeiten zu fördern und ihnen ein altersadäquates Lernangebot zu machen, um den späteren Einstieg in die Grundschule zu erleichtern und eine Integration in die Gesellschaft zu sichern.

1) Planung und Bau eines sozialpädagogischen Tageszentrums

2) Einrichtung des Tageszentrums (Möbel, sanitäre Einrichtung, Materialien)

3) Errichtung eines Spiel - und Sportplatzes

4) Auswahl des Personals

5) Einschreibung der Kinder

6) Erstellung eines Tagesplans

7) Sensibilisierung der Mütter/Eltern

8) Entwicklung eines individuellen psychologischen Betreuungsplans (Diagnose und Testung) für Kinder mit besonderen Bedürfnissen durch die Psychologin

9) Ausbildung des Betreuungspersonals in der Arbeit mit Kleinkindern

10) Laufende Fortbildungsangebote für und Beratung des Betreuungspersonals durch KinderpsychologIn

11) Projektbegleitung, Monitoring und Evaluierung durch HOPE'87 El Salvador
