Overall goal


Die Fachhochschule Campus Wien ermöglicht im Rahmen des Projekts 70 PraktikantInnen von Fachhochschulen der Sozialarbeit ein Praktikum in einem Entwicklungsland. Sie hat seit einigen Jahren das Vorbereitungsprogramm für die Studiengänge für Sozialarbeit bundesweit geöffnet und auch organisatorisch österreichweit betreut.


Die Hauptaktivität besteht aus der intensiven Vorbereitung in einer mehrteiligen Seminarreihe, der Betreuung der PraktikantInnen während des zumindest 15-wöchigen Einsatzes und der umfangreichen Nacharbeit. Die Praxisplätze müssen gewissen Standards entsprechen. Für die PraktikantInnen ist ein Zuschuss zu den ihnen erwachsenden Kosten vorgesehen. Ebenso erhalten die begleitenden Einsatzorganisationen und die Praktikumsstellen eine Teilabgeltung ihres Aufwandes. Das Zusammenwirken und die Vernetzung aller Beteiligten ist ebenfalls Teil des Projektes.


Die Maßnahmen des Projektes umfassen die Vorbereitung von 70 Studierenden in einer 7 tägigen Seminarreihe mit entsprechenden Modulen zu globalen, regionalen und lokalen Dimensionen von Entwicklung, interkulturellem Lernen, transkultureller Sozialarbeit sowie praktischen Fragen des Einsatzes. Weiters die länder- und projektspezifische Vorbereitung durch Einsatzorganisationen und EZA-ExpertInnen, die Beratung bei der Findung bzw. die Vermittlung geeigneter Praktikumsstellen, die Unterstützung bei der individuellen Vorbereitung, angeleitete und begleitete Langzeitpraktika, Veranstaltungen und Maßnahmen zur Reflexion, Auswertung und Weitergabe der Erfahrungen nach der Rückkehr.


Durch die Sozial/EZA-Praktika soll ein für Lernvorgänge Globalen Lernens hilfreicher Perspektivenwechsel erleichtert werden.


Das Projekt wird bei einem Gesamtprojektvolumen von EUR 179.120,00 in der Höhe von EUR 145.220,00 (81,07%) gefördert.
