Overall goal


Im Rahmen des Projekts wird 70 PraktikantInnen von Fachhochschulen der Sozialarbeit (verschiedene Bundesländer) ein Praktikum in einem Entwicklungsland ermöglicht. Die Hauptaktivität besteht aus der intensiven Vorbereitung in einer mehrteiligen Seminarreihe, der Betreuung der PraktikantInnen während des zumindest 15-wöchigen Einsatzes und der umfangreichen Nacharbeit. Die Studierenden befassen sich im Rahmen der Seminarreihe mit den globalen, regionalen und lokalen Dimensionen von Entwicklung. Sie werden dabei in Grundfragen Globalen Lernens und interkultureller/transkultureller Sozialarbeit sowie in praktische Fragen der Arbeit eingeführt. Dabei wird auch auf die bereits große Anzahl ehemaliger PraktikantInnen zurückgegriffen, die ihr erworbenes entwicklungspolitisches Fach- und Erfahrungswissen einbringen. Die Praxisplätze müssen gewissen Standards entsprechen. Für die PraktikantInnen ist ein Zuschuss zu den ihnen erwachsenden Kosten vorgesehen. Ebenso erhalten die begleitenden Einsatzorganisationen und die Praktikumsstellen eine Teilabgeltung ihres Aufwandes. Das Zusammenwirken und die Vernetzung aller Beteiligten ist ein wichtiger Teil des Projektes.


Es wird um eine Förderung aus OEZA-Mitteln in der Höhe von Euro 110.000,-

(81,18 % des Gesamtprojektvolumens) angesucht. (Laufzeit: 2 Jahre)
