Overall goal


Mit dem Projekt sollen die administrativen und technischen Kapazitäten der bestehenden 48 CVD (Conseils Villageois de Développement, Dorfentwicklungsräte) in den beiden Landgemeinden Tanghin-Dassouri (31 CVD) und Komki-Ipala (17 CVD), in der Provinz Kadiogo, Region du Centre in Burkina Faso gestärkt werden.


Ausgewählte Zielgruppen sind die 48 Präsidenten und Kassiere der 48 CVD; die Respektspersonen in den Dörfern, d.s. die Alten, die Weisen sowie die traditionellen Führer, d.h. geschätzt 960 Personen; die Jugendlichen und die Frauen als treibende Kraft jeder lokalen Entwicklung, geschätzt 12.000 Jugendliche, 14.400 Frauen, die Dorforganisationen (Groupes Villageoises, Fédérations paysannes), d.h. 96 assoziative Dorfgruppen.


Erwartete Resultate:

1. die administrativen Kapazitäten der 48 CVD sind gestärkt

2. die Kapazitäten hinsichtlich der finanziellen Gebarung der 48 CVD sind gestärkt

3. das Know-how der 48 CVD hinsichtlich Kommunikation und Kooperation mit potentiellen Partnern ist sichergestellt

4. alle Dorfbewohner besitzen genügend Information über die Rolle der CVD


Zur Erreichung der Projektresultate werden insbesondere Aktivitäten im Bereich der Schulung der gewählten Entscheidungsträger der CVD, aber auch im Bereich der Information und Sensibilisierung der dörflichen Respektspersonen bzw. der Frauen und Jugend geplant. Dies soll dazu führen, dass die 48 CVD einerseits von der Dorfbevölkerung akzeptiert, unterstützt und gefordert werden und andererseits dieser Verantwortung durch ein verbessertes administratives Know-how, einer effizienten finanziellen Gebarung und einem gestärkten Kommunikationspotential effektiv nachkommen können und selbstständig Projekte zu entwickeln und Partner zu motivieren imstande sind.
