Overall goal

Noch in ihrer Eigenschaft als Sonderbeauftragte der OSZE im Kampf gegen den Menschenhandel wurde Frau Dr. Helga Konrad zur 7. Welttagung der International Association of Refugee Judges, die unter dem Motto "Forced Migration and the Advancement of International Protection" steht, als Sprecherin eingeladen. Die OEZA übernimmt nun mit diesem Vorhaben die Kosten für die Teilnahme Frau Dr. Konrads an dieser Tagung, die vom 6. bis zum 9.11. in Mexiko stattfindet.

Durch die Teilnahme von Frau Dr. Konrad kann die europäische Sicht und Erfahrungen eingebracht werden, andererseits können wichtige internationale Erkenntnisse und Wissen aus den Bereichen "Forced Migration", "Menschenhandel", "Opferschutz) wiederum in Österreich zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Die Ergebnisse der Konferenz werden in einem Bericht von Frau Dr. Konrad der OEZA und interessierten österreichischen Stellen zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
