Overall goal


Ein Demonstrationsprojekt für Ministerien und Gemeinden soll geschaffen werden: Durch die professionelle Umstrukturierung eines herkömmlichen Kinderheimes für geistig und/oder körperlich Behinderte (Schaffung kleinerer familienähnlicher Wohnungseinheiten, Öffnung des Kinderheimes und Integration der Kinder in die öffentliche Schule bzw. Kindergarten) soll vorgeführt werden, wie die Lebensqualität von Heimkindern verbessert werden kann.


Das Projekt ist als technische Hilfe für die Gemeinden und zuständigen Ministerien konzipiert und dient dabei auch der Fortbildung der zuständigen Personengruppen. Diese können sicherstellen, dass Erfahrungen aus dem Projekt für das Kinderwohlfahrtssystem in ganz Bulgarien angewendet wird.
