Overall goal


Das Ziel der Unternehmenspartnerschaft ist es, qualitativ hochwertige und mengenmäßig ausreichend Sauerkonserven mit Pfefferoni, Paprika und Essiggurken etc. aus der Region Suhareka nach Österreich zu liefern. Im Rahmen der Kooperation findet der Know-how Transfer auf zwei Arten statt. Einerseits wird Wissen von den Unternehmenspartnern Kolm-Pfluger und Etlinger an die Bäuerinnen, Bauern und PflückerInnen, die teilweise der Bauernvereinigung Agrobiznezi angehören, transferiert. Die mindestens 100 Fachkräfte erhalten die nötigen Kenntnisse im Anbau, der Reifebestimmung und Ernte der jeweiligen Gemüsesorten sowie der Verwendung von Spritzmitteln und der Dokumentation der Produktion. Andererseits findet der Know-how Transfer von der Firma Etlinger zu den vom kosovarischen Arbeitsamt vermittelten firmeneigenen Arbeitskräften statt. Diese werden in einem zweiwöchigen Training "on the job" für ihre Tätigkeit in der Abfüllung und Handschlichtung der pasteurisierten roten Paprika und Spiralpfefferoni in Gläser vorbereitet. Die Beschäftigung der 50-60 Fachkräfte erfolgt anfangs über drei bis vier Monate pro Jahr.

Die Firma Etlinger wird im Zuge der Unternehmenspartnerschaft Lieferverträge mit der Kooperative Agrobiznezi bzw. weiteren Bäuerinnen und Bauern zu marktüblichen Preisen abschließen. Gleichzeitig verpflichtet sich Kolm-Pfluger zur gesicherten Abnahme von Konserven aus dem Kosovo. Da die Voraussetzungen für die Produktion von qualitativ hochwertigem Gemüse im Kosovo als sehr gut zu bezeichnen sind und erste Probelieferungen von ausgezeichneter Qualität waren, plant das Unternehmen Kolm-Pfluger bereits im Jahr 2008 die Hälfte der Rohware aus der Region Suhareka zu beziehen. Außerdem sieht Kolm-Pfluger vor, in den Folgejahren weitere Gemüsesorten wie bspw. Gurken anzubauen.
