Overall goal


Das Vorhaben ermöglicht besonders bedürftigen, kranken und/oder behinderten alten Menschen in Straseni/Republik Moldau einen Lebensabend in Würde. Im Tagesbetreuungszentrums Rasarit werden rund 250 BesucherInnen an fünf Tagen in der Woche Mahlzeiten, sanitäre Einrichtungen, eine Waschküche sowie Raum für soziale Aktivitäten wie Spiele, Handarbeiten, Musik/Singen, Sport/Gymnastik zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Ausflügen runden das Angebot ab. Das Projekt zielt weiters darauf ab, die Bedürfnisse alter Menschen im lokalen und nationalen Rahmen zu thematisieren und engagiert sich generell für eine bessere Altersversorgung im Land. Letzteres soll durch Aktivitäten der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, Lobbying auf lokaler und nationaler Ebene sowie durch Vernetzung mit anderen Organisationen im Bereich der Altenbetreuung erreicht werden. Langfristiges Ziel ist, die Altenbetreuung in der Stadt Straseni qualitativ zu verbessern und finanziell abzusichern.
