Overall goal


Vorliegende Erweiterung der Projektphase II hat zum Einen den Abschluss der Baumaßnahmen der Wasserversorgung 4 Dörfer (Barbullush/Bushat/Ranxa/Ana Malit) südlich von Shkodra zum Inhalt, wodurch rund 85% von den ca. 32.000 Bewohnern der 4 Dörfer resp. 2 Gemeinden an die Wasserversorgung angeschlossen sein werden.

Zum Anderen hat diese abschließende Projekterweiterung eine 2-jährige Ausbildungs- und Aufbaukomponente zum Inhalt, wodurch beide Gemeinden in die Lage versetzt werden sollen, einen Wasserversorgungsbetrieb personell, wirtschaftlich und technisch nachhaltig - an die teilweise schwierigen, örtlichen Bedingungen angepaßt - aufrecht zu erhalten.
