Overall goal


Das aus dem Fluss Pruth gewonnene Rohwasser für die Stadt Cantemir (ca 8.000 EW, rechnerisches Odmax 85 m3/h) wird derzeit in einer Oberflächenwasseraufbereitung nach sowjetischem Standard Design durch folgende Verfahrenschritten aufbereitet: Koagolation in einem Trichterreaktor (als Flockungsmittel wird Aluminiumsulfat verwendet), Flockung, Sedimentation, Filtration und Chlorierung mit Chlorgas.

Die Anlage ist auf eine Kapazität von 400 m3/h bemessen und entspricht in keiner Weise den gegenwärtigen Standards für Wasseraufbereitung. Die Folge sind erhöhte Trübungswerte und Aluminium-Konzentrationen beim Endverbraucher, die sowohl lokale als auch WHO Grenzwerte überschreiten.

Das gegenständliche Projekt beinhaltet die Rehabilitierung bzw. Neuerrichtung einer weitestgehend vorinstallierten chemischen Aufbereitungsstufe (Koagulation, Flockung und Sedimentation) und die Rehabilitierung bzw. der Neubau der Filterstufe; sämtliche Komponenten ausgelegt auf 100 m3/h Kapazität. Die Lieferung neuer Laborausrüstung soll die Überwachung des Aufbereitungs-Prozesses ermöglichen.

Die bestehenden Tiefbehälter ( 2 x 750 m3, Rundbehälter) sollen ebenso renoviert werden um aufbereitetes, hygienisch einwandfreies Trinkwasser ins Netz abgeben zu können.
