Short Description:

Overall goal


Als Grundlage für alle künftigen Maßnahmen wird zu Beginn ggst. Projektes eine Machbarkeitsstudie erstellt. Die für die Gemeinde beste Betriebsführungsvariante für die Wasserver- und die Abwasserentsorgung soll auch in dieser Studie festgestellt werden, weshalb ggst. Projekt keine wesentlichen Maßnahmen im Rahmen der institutionellen Unterstützung enthält. Der Vorteil der Studie liegt auch in der Darstellung der künftigen Betriebskosten, da diese unmittelbare Auswirkungen auf die Wasserverbraucher haben.

Auf Grundlage der Machbarkeitsstudie werden im Anschluss daran, im Rahmen einer ersten "Emergency Phase", sowohl in der Wasserver- als auch in der Abwasserentsorgung erste Sofortmaßnahmen zur sofortigen Verbesserung der derzeitigen Situationen umgesetzt, durch die eine spürbare Verbesserung der derzeitigen Situation erreicht wird.

Die derzeit vorgeschlagenen Maßnahmen umfassen:

Wasserversorgung

Derzeit wird angenommen, dass die zahlreichen illegalen Anschlüsse auf dem ca. 7 km Zuleitungsabschnitt eine der Hauptursachen darstellt, warum die Stadt Koplik derzeit zu wenig Wasser zur Verfügung hat. Dem soll eine Parallelleitung Abhilfe schaffen.


Abwasserentsorgung

Der bestehende Hauptsammler des Abwasserentsorgungssystems ist für die ordnungsgemäße Ableitung der Regen- und Schmutzwässer offensichtlich zu klein dimensioniert, da derzeit sowohl der Hauptsammler als auch alle 4 einmündenden Nebensammler die gleiche Dimension (DN 300) aufweisen.

Unter der Annahme, dass - auch bei gegebenenfalls künftiger Entsorgung im Trennsystem - innerhalb des Stadtkerns, aufgrund der befestigten Flächen, nicht alle Regenwässer versickert werden können, soll - auf einer Länge von 2,7 km (Stadtgebiet) eine Dimensionsvergrößerung von DN 300 auf DN 800 (Angabe des zuständigen Technikers der Gemeinde) ausgeführt werden.
