Overall goal


Ziel des Projekts ist die Entwicklung des Modellprojekts ‚Sunce‘. In der Region Derventa im Norden von Bosnien und Herzegowina soll die Integration von Menschen mit Behinderung (MmB) in die Gesellschaft sowie die Vervielfältigung des Modells in der Region gelingen.

Menschen mit Behinderung, im Besonderen Kinder und Jugendliche mit besonderen Bedürfnissen, die während des Kriegs keine Unterstützung bekommen haben, werden von der Öffentlichkeit und der Politik kaum bis gar nicht wahrgenommen.

Der Verein ‚Sunce‘ in Derventa arbeitet seit 2005 daran, die Kinder, die heute nicht mehr alle Kinder sind, durch gezielte Maßnahmen zu betreuen und zu begleiten.

‚Sunce‘ soll im Rahmen dieses Projektes zu einem Modell werden, welches weiter multipliziert werden kann. Die dafür erforderlichen Rahmenbedingungen, Konzepte, Unterlagen usw. werden entwickelt und in einem Anleitungshandbuch zusammengefasst.

Um eine nachhaltige Umsetzung und damit Integration der MmB zu erreichen, werden alle relevanten Akteure mit einbezogen: MmB, Eltern, Politiker, öffentliche Institutionen (Kindergärten, Schulen) und Wirtschaftsbetriebe.

Zielgruppen:

Kinder, Jugendliche, Erwachsene mit besonderen Bedürfnissen; Familienangehörige; Personal und sonstige MitarbeiterInnen von ‚Sunce‘; potenzielle ehrenamtlich mitarbeitende Personen.

Erwartete Resultate:

1: Stärkung der vorhandenen Vereinsstruktur von ‚Sunce‘.

2: Wissensvermittlung: MultiplikatorInnen, MitarbeiterInnen, Personal des Vereins sind in ihrer Kompetenz gestärkt und externe interessierte Personen (öffentliche Institutionen, Gemeinde...) haben wichtige Informationen über MmB und die notwendigen Maßnahmen für eine nachhaltige Integration erhalten.

3: Anleitungshandbuch wurde erstellt und Intentionen, Inhalte, Angebote und Maßnahmen werden von weiteren Institutionen für die Integration von MmB in zusätzlichen Orten und Regionen benutzt.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
