Overall goal


Aufgrund der Kriegswirren und politischen Veränderungen waren die Kindergärten in Kabul über 8 Jahre geschlossen. Auch jetzt ist noch die Betreuung von Kindern oft schwierig, da es an Infrastruktur und Betreuungskapazitäten fehlt.


Der Kindergarten Shar-i-Noh in Kabul wird wieder aufgebaut und damit die Kapazität zur Betreuung von Waisen (davon 75% Mädchen) erhöht. Die vorhandenen Grundstrukturen werden renoviert und notwendige Erweiterungen vorgenommen. Die Zahl der betreuten Waisenkinder kann dadurch von 120 auf 250 gesteigert werden. Die Betreuung der Kinder durch fachliches, d.h. pädagogisch geschultes, Personal (alles Frauen) wird gesichert.
