Overall goal


Ziel des geplanten Projektes ist es, Strukturen für die armenische Textilindustrie aufzubauen um sie international konkurrenzfähig zu machen.


Expected results


- 5 lokale Unternehmen/Institutionen werden aus der WiPa einen Nutzen haben: ATEX Modeschule, Bekleidungsverband ATA, Hellotex, zwei weitere Textilbetriebe.

- 18-20 Führungskräfte, 3-4 Lehrkräfte und ca. 200 Arbeitskräfte aus der Textilindustrie werden aus der WiPa einen unmittelbaren Nutzen haben.

- 20 Arbeitsplätze werden innerhalb der Projektlaufzeit in der Branche geschaffen.


Target group / Beneficiaries


Zielgruppe sind Fach- und Führungskräfte der armenischen Bekleidungsindustrie. Der Fachverband ATA und die -schule ATEX werden ebenfalls profitieren.


Activities


Das Projekt setzt sich aus fünf Komponenten zusammen:

- Organisatorischer Aufbau und Einrichtung der Schulungsräume

- Ausbildung der Trainer der Näherinnen

- Konzeptionierung und Durchführung von Managementtrainings

- Stärkung und struktureller Aufbau des Textilverbands

- Hellotex fungiert als Pilotbetrieb und wendet das neue Wissen an.


Context


Antragsteller ist die Firma BTB Bulgaria, die von Herrn Bayerl aus München geleitet wird und in Bulgarien und Mazedonien über eigene Produktionsstätten verfügt (wo es auch ein ADA-gefördertes Projekt gab, s. 2550-19/2015). Die Kapazitäten dort stoßen an ihre Grenzen und so wurde die Zusammenarbeit mit armenischen Betrieben gesucht. Die Firma Hellotex wurde als Pilotbetrieb ausgewählt. Dessen Geschäftsführer, Herr Kamalyan, leitet zur Zeit auch den Verband ATA. Hintergrund zum Vorhaben sind neben der individuellen Situation der beteiligten Betriebe auch die gestiegenen Transport- und Fertigungskosten in Asien. Die Branche wächst in Europa wieder.
