Overall goal


Die Wirtschaftspartnerschaft trägt zur Stärkung der praxisbezogenen, dualen Berufsausbildung in China bei. Die österreichische Palfinger AG, einer der weltweit größten Erzeuger von Ladekränen und Hubladebühnen, führt gemeinsam mit dem staatlichen Technical College (TC) Rudong am Standort Rudong im Osten Chinas die dualen Lehrberufe Metall- und Schweißtechniker und Mechatroniker ein


Expected results


75 Lehrlinge werden von Palfinger und 105 Lehrlinge von weiteren, in der Region aktiven Firmen aufgenommen. Dadurch entstehen an die 180 zusätzliche Arbeitsplätze. 8 Lehrkräfte des TC Rudong und 3 Lehrlingsausbildner des Sany Palfinger Equipment Co. Ltd. (SPV) werden mit gezielten Trainings auf die duale Ausbildung vorbereitet. Zu Projekteende wird das TC Rudong über 240 duale Lehrplätze verfügen.


Target group / Beneficiaries


Die Zielgruppe umfasst die aus einkommensschwachen Schichten stammenden SchülerInnen des TC Rudong und verbessert nachhaltig Qualifikation und Berufschancen angehender FacharbeiterInnen. Das traditionell geringe Ansehen der lange Zeit hindurch vernachlässigten praktischen Berufsausbildung erfährt damit eine große Aufwertung.


Activities


Die Projektmaßnahmen umfassen die Ausarbeitung von Lehrinhalten, Rotationsplänen und Ausbildungsplatzbeschreibungen, das Training der Lehrkräfte sowie die Begleitung des ersten Lehrgangs an Lehrlingen bis zur Abschlussprüfung. Eine Informationsplattform zum Austausch mit in der dualen Ausbildung aktiven Firmen und Institutionen wird initiiert. Palfinger nützt die Projekterfahrungen zur Umsetzung dualer Ausbildungskonzepte an weiteren Standorten (Vietnam und Indien).


Context


Die chinesische Regierung fördert die Umsetzung dualer Ausbildungsmodelle. Für die Lehrkräfte anderer Technical Colleges dient das duale Ausbildungsprogramm in Rudong als Vorbild für weitere duale Initiativen.
