Overall goal


Ziel des Projektes ist es, den Wein-bau im Kosovo weiterzuentwickeln und die Produktion von Qualitätsprodukten für den kosovarischen und internationalen Markt zu ermöglichen.?


Expected results


Das Ziel ist erreicht, wenn fortgeschrittene Technologien bei der Produktion von Reben für qualitativen Weinbau und hochspezialisierte Produktions- und Arbeitsweisen eingeführt werden. Weiterbildung und soziale Entwicklung rund um den Bereich Weinbau, Keller, Verarbeitung und Konsum als Qualitätsanspruch unter Einsatz umweltfreundlicher Methoden durchgeführt werden und zur Entwicklung des unternehmerischen Ökosystems im Kosovo beigetragen wurde.


Target group / Beneficiaries


Von dem Projekt werden mindestens 100 lokale Unternehmen profitieren. Darüber hinaus werden öffentliche Organisationen wie das Ministerium für Landwirtschaft oder das Institut für Weinbau in Rahovec durch Wissensaustausch und Know-how einen Nutzen ziehen. Es werden direkt mindestens 30 Jobs (20 Jobs für Frauen) geschaffen.


Activities


Konkret werden folgende Maßnahmen gesetzt: 1) Aufbau einer Rebschule für die Produktion von qualitativ hochwertigen und gesunden Reben, 2) Produktion von Reben durch das gegründete Joint Venture Wineplant SH.P.K, 3) Tests zur Produktion von Reben 4) Durchführung von Trainings im Bereich Weinbau, 5) Weinherstellung bzw. Qualitätsdemonstration anhand erster Weinausbauten.


Context


Die Antragssteller adressieren mit der WIPA die Bedürfnisse von lokalen Landwirten. Die Bauern bearbeiten unabhängig voneinander ihre kleinen Weingärten nach veralteten Anbaumethoden und versuchen die Weintrauben an die Betriebe um Rahovec und Suhareka zu liefern oder sie bei Tafeltrauben direkt auf dem Markt zu verkaufen. Das fehlende oder veraltete Wissen im Weinanbau sowie die fehlende Organisation und Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Bauern führt jedoch dazu, dass sie in direkter Konkurrenz zueinanderstehen und keinen gerechten Preis für ihre Ernte erhalten.
