Overall goal


Die Wirtschaftspartnerschaft zielt auf die Erhöhung des Qualifikations- und Produktivitätsniveaus in der mazedonischen Bekleidungsindustrie.


Dem Textilsektor wird – als Schlüsselindustrie der mazedonischen Volkswirtschaft – enormes Potential für die sozioökonomische Entwicklung des Landes und die Schaffung von dringend benötigten Arbeitsplätzen zugeschrieben. Aufgrund ineffizienter Prozessorganisationen, veralteter Technologien und struktureller Wissensdefizite können diese Erwartungen nur bedingt erfüllt und die Stärken des Sektors in Hinblick auf Job- und Einkommensschaffung nicht in ausreichendem Maße genutzt werden. Vor allem das fehlende Know-How, sowohl auf Facharbeits- als auch auf Managementebene, reduziert die Produktivität und schwächt die Branche im internationalen Wettbewerb.


Hier setzt das gegenständliche Projekt an und zielt auf die Prozessoptimierung und Qualifikationssteigerung in der Bekleidungsindustrie um die Region Delcevo.


Dazu werden (1) Organisations- und Prozessabläufe des Partnerunternehmens und regionaler Textilfirmen analysiert und optimiert, (2) 80 Nähfachkräfte in neuen Fertigungsmethoden geschult, (3) branchenübergreifend 40 Führungskräfte in moderner Managementmethodik qualifiziert und (4) in Kooperation mit dem lokalen Gymnasium das dortige Textil-Ausbildungsprogramm durch verbesserte Lehrunterlagen, trainierte Lehrkräfte und ein Praktikumsprogramm gestärkt.


Dadurch wird der wettbewerbshemmenden Qualifizierungs- und Produktivitätsproblematik umfassend und auf mehreren Ebenen begegnet und das Potential des Sektors für ländliche Arbeitsplatz-, Einkommens- und Wertschöpfungsgenerierung nachhaltig nutzbar gemacht.

  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
