Overall goal


Das Projekt ‚Zentrum für soziale Inklusion – EDINET’ in Moldau der Organisation pro mente Oberösterreich soll einen Beitrag zur Entwicklung der moldauischen Gesundheits- und Sozialversorgung in Edinet (Distrikt im Norden) leisten.

Das ‚Psychiatrische Internat’ in der Stadt Briceni, eine psychiatrische Langzeitpflegestation für 350 PatientInnen ohne Rückführungsabsicht, ist geprägt durch das Fehlen jeglicher therapeutischer und pädagogischer Versorgung, schlechte allgemeine Bedingungen, geringe finanzielle Mittel und die vorherrschende allgemeine Stigmatisierung und Exklusion von Menschen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen.

Folgende Ziele sollen erreicht werden:

1. Aufbau eines Freizeitbereichs im Internat (Adaptierung und Ausstattung von Räumen: Cafeteria, Gymnastikraum, ‚Casino’).

2. Aufbau von arbeitstherapeutischen Angeboten im Internat (Einrichtung von Werkstätten für Holz, Keramik und Textiles Arbeiten; Schulung von pädagogischem Personal).

3. Einführung von modernen therapeutischen Angeboten:

a) Durchführung von Workshops für das lokale Personal (in Zusammenarbeit mit österreichischen ExpertInnen).

b) Durchführung eines Workshops samt Besuchsprogramm in Linz für eine Gruppe moldauischer ExpertInnen zur Vermittlung und Veranschaulichung moderner Methoden.

4. Aufbau eines Zentrums für soziale Inklusion im Zentrum der Stadt mit unterschiedlichen ‚niederschwelligen’ Angeboten:

a) Kommunikations- und Vernetzungsmöglichkeit für Menschen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen.

b) Zentrum für Anti-Stigma-Arbeit zur Überwindung der sozialen Ausgrenzung der Zielgruppe.

c) Organisation von regionalen und nationalen Veranstaltungen zur Vorstellung und Verbreitung (über das Internat hinaus) von Leitlinien zur Inklusionsarbeit.

Im Projekt sind VertreterInnen anderer Vereine sowie aus Bereichen der lokalen und regionalen Verwaltung eingebunden, um größtmögliche Akzeptanz und breites Interesse für die Arbeit zu erreichen.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
