Projektziel


The support to Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) and Community Based Organisations (CBOs) in Bhutan aims at enhancing civil society’s engagement in the democratic process and in poverty reduction based on the principles of good governance.


The programme consists of two components: 1) Financial support to activities of CSOs and CBOs which contribute to the development process by targeting specific needs of beneficiaries and contribute to the quality of life for the people of Bhutan; 2) Capacity development of CSOs and CBOs to strengthen their competencies, their role and relevance as civil society actors.


The programme is managed through a fund management mechanism (CSO Fund Facility), channelling joint support of various donors (DANIDA, HELVETAS, SNV, ADC) to support CSOs in Bhutan, The programme is part of ADC’s support to Good Governance in line with the ADC Country Strategy Bhutan 2010-2013 as well as with the 10th Five Year Plan, the Civil Society Organisations Act of Bhutan 2007 and the Civil Society Organization Rules and Regulations 2010.

    • Andere Geber - Diverse Finanzquellen, die dem jährlichen Geschäftsbericht der ADA im Detail zu entnehmen sind.
  • Modalität: definiert die Art der Hilfe (z.B: Sektorbudgethilfe, Kernbeiträge an multilaterale Institutionen, Projekthilfe, Technische Assistenz (personelle Hilfe), Bildungsarbeit im Inland, etc.)
  • Sektor: bezeichnet den wirtschaftlichen oder sozialen Sektor des Partnerlandes, welcher mit dem Projekt/Programm unterstützt wird.
  • Tied/Untied: Ungebundene (untied) Hilfe ermöglicht dem Projektpartner im Entwicklungsland - unter Befolgung der lokalen Beschaffungsregeln - freie Entscheidung über die Herkunftsländer im Zuge der Beschaffung von Dienstleistungen und Waren. Gebundene (tied) Hilfe verknüpft die Hilfsleistung auf die Beschaffung aus dem Geberland oder aus einem eingeschränkten Kreis von Ländern.
