Projektziel


The overall objective of the project is to contribute to effective conflict prevention and resolution of deadly conflicts and to build lasting peace.


International Crisis Group (ICG) is recognised as the world's leading independent, non-partisan source of analysis and advice to policymakers.

It provides strong field-based political analysis, early-warning signals and politicy recommendations in order to support the efforts of national governments, the EU, the UN and the civil society to prevent and contain the outbreak of further conflicts.


ICG maximises the prospect of achieving the project 's overall goals through the regular publication of reports, briefing papers, monthly bulletins (Crisis Watch), media initiatives, oral briefings, round table meetings and policy seminars.


Main target group and beneficiaries are the UN (including the Security Council and its members), the EU (including the Commission, the Council, the Parliament, and the Member States), other international and regional organisations as well as governments, parliaments, political parties, relevant state ministries and local civil society groups in Asia, Africa, Middle East, Latin America and the Caribbean as well as in Europe

    • Andere Geber - Diverse Finanzquellen, die dem jährlichen Geschäftsbericht der ADA im Detail zu entnehmen sind.
  • Modalität: definiert die Art der Hilfe (z.B: Sektorbudgethilfe, Kernbeiträge an multilaterale Institutionen, Projekthilfe, Technische Assistenz (personelle Hilfe), Bildungsarbeit im Inland, etc.)
  • Sektor: bezeichnet den wirtschaftlichen oder sozialen Sektor des Partnerlandes, welcher mit dem Projekt/Programm unterstützt wird.
  • Tied/Untied: Ungebundene (untied) Hilfe ermöglicht dem Projektpartner im Entwicklungsland - unter Befolgung der lokalen Beschaffungsregeln - freie Entscheidung über die Herkunftsländer im Zuge der Beschaffung von Dienstleistungen und Waren. Gebundene (tied) Hilfe verknüpft die Hilfsleistung auf die Beschaffung aus dem Geberland oder aus einem eingeschränkten Kreis von Ländern.
