Projektziel


UNEP, through its ROE/Vienna Office—ISCC, in collaboration with many partners, participated in the organization of the Mountain Pavilion by providing substantive input to it. As coordinator of theme 3 ”Investment in Mountains: Extractive industries, tourism, infrastructure, clean energy and land-use change”, UNEP had the task of actively contributing to the above mentioned theme by coordinating the relevant content of the Pavilion and undertook various concrete activities including several workshops and conferences as well as production and display of thematic posters.

Following the successful Mountain Pavilion and having a specific mountain language contained in the Rio+20 outcome document, UNEP and ADA have decided to continue to demonstrate strong leadership and to jointly promote sustainable mountain development on the global level, by exploring opportunities and defining possible concrete follow-up activities.


Specific activities undertaken will inter alia include the analysis of Rio+20 outcome document (and its mountain section) and in collaboration with other partners (such as CONDESAN, GRID Arendal) definition of possible concrete activities and initiatives contributing to SMD on the global level.

    • Andere Geber - Diverse Finanzquellen, die dem jährlichen Geschäftsbericht der ADA im Detail zu entnehmen sind.
  • Modalität: definiert die Art der Hilfe (z.B: Sektorbudgethilfe, Kernbeiträge an multilaterale Institutionen, Projekthilfe, Technische Assistenz (personelle Hilfe), Bildungsarbeit im Inland, etc.)
  • Sektor: bezeichnet den wirtschaftlichen oder sozialen Sektor des Partnerlandes, welcher mit dem Projekt/Programm unterstützt wird.
  • Tied/Untied: Ungebundene (untied) Hilfe ermöglicht dem Projektpartner im Entwicklungsland - unter Befolgung der lokalen Beschaffungsregeln - freie Entscheidung über die Herkunftsländer im Zuge der Beschaffung von Dienstleistungen und Waren. Gebundene (tied) Hilfe verknüpft die Hilfsleistung auf die Beschaffung aus dem Geberland oder aus einem eingeschränkten Kreis von Ländern.
