Overall goal


Der vorliegende Vertrag ist das Jahresprogramm 2006 in Fortführung der Rahmenvereinbarung, die das INSTITUT ZUR COOPERATION BEI EINTWICKLUNGSPROJEKTEN, ICEP, mit der ADA (vormaliger Vertragspartner BMaA) abgeschlossen hat. Mit dem Programm werden Projekte in OEZA Schwerpunktländern in Latein Amerika und Afrika durchgeführt, wobei der Anteil der OEZA Mittel 75% der Gesamtsumme beträgt, und ein ICEP 25% der Gesamtsumme als Eigenmittel aufstellt.


In Guatemala werden 2 Projekte durchgeführt: Ausbildung von Jugendlichen (Fremdenverkehr) im westlichen Hochland und ein Projekt in der Region Antigua zur Förderung von MKMUs im Rahmen eines mobilen Berufsbildungsprogramms.


In Nicaragua werden 2 Projekte durchgeführt: eines zu 'Unternehmerischen Ausbildung für Agrarkooperativen' und eines zur Ausbildung und Förderung von Handwerker als Kleinunternehmer.


In El Salvador wird in der Nähe von San Salvador ein Kooridinations- und Ausbildungszentrum unterstützt.


In Kenia wird ein Projekt zur Ausbildung von Jugendlichen in Nairobi, ein Outreach-Programm für Frauen auf dem Land und ein Programm für Vermittlung von unternehmerischem KNow-how und Mikrokredit für Frauen in Nairobi und auf dem Land durchgeführt.


In Uganda wird ein neues Projekt, das den Titel 'Outreach Hospitlaity Training' trägt und speziell zur Bildung von Frauen beiträgt, durchgeführt.

    • Others - various other donors are listed in ADA’s annual business report.
  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
