Overall goal


Das Business Anti-Corruption Portal (www.business-anti-corruption.com) richtet sich an KMU die in emerging markets und Entwicklungsländern tätig sind. Interessierten Unternehmen wird Unterstützung beim Kampf gegen Korruption gegeben. Da KMU normalerweise über weniger Ressourcen verfügen als größere Unternehmen, wurden verschiedene Instrumente entwickelt, die beim Kampf gegen Korruption unterstützen. Das Portal erleichtert es den Unternehmen, das 10. Prinzip des UN Global Compact zu verwirklichen leistet so einen Beitrag zur Verbesserung der Wirtschaftsklimas.


Das Portal wird finanziert von den Außenministerien Dänemarks, der Niederlande, Norwegens und Schwedens, dem deutschen Bundesministerium für wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit und Entwicklung sowie dem britischen Department for International Development. Global Advice Network wurde mit dem Aufbau und der Unterhaltung des Portals beauftragt.


Das Portal enthält unterschiedliche Instrumente und Informationen, die Unternehmen einzeln oder in Kombination verwenden können. Einige Instrumente wurden spezifisch entwickelt, andere sind etablierte Prozeduren und Methoden, die für die Zwecke der KMU angepasst wurden. Viele Instrumente zur Korruptionsbekämpfung sind entwickelt worden, um in der OECD Korruption zu bekämpfen und richten sich an größere Firmen. Dieses Portal ergänzt die Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich mit neuen Instrumenten für KMU, die in Entwicklungsländern aktiv sind.

    • EU - Funds of the European Commission
    • Others - various other donors are listed in ADA’s annual business report.
  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
