Overall goal


Im vorliegenden Projekt sollen Übungsschulen in Kroatien, Bosnien und der Hezegowina, Montenegro sowie in Moldau an berufsbildenden Wirtschaftsschulen etabliert werden. Vom Projektträger Kulturkontakt, welcher über eine kompetente Vor-Ort Struktur in Form von BildungskoordinatorInnen verfügt, werden Module an den einzelnen Berufsschulen ausgearbeitet, welche das Konzept der Übungsschulen in Abhängigkeit von den lokalen Gegebenheiten strukturieren und organisieren sollen. Mit jedem Land werden Landesprogramme abgeschlossen, welche die Grundlage der Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Projektträger und dem jeweiligen Staat bilden. Vorliegendes Projekt ist idealtypisch für ADA-Interventionen im Sektor "Bildung" in Südosteuropa und trägt seit Jahren zu kompetenter Berufsausbildung (betriebswirtschaftliches Wisssen, EDV etc.) durch die Etablierung virtueller ECO-Übungsschulen bei. Die Chancen junger Menschen, welche eine Übungsschule absolviert haben, einen Arbeitsplatz in Südosteuropa zu finden, steigen dadurch erheblich. Wesentlich ist auch die Dissemination des Projekts durch PR-Maßnahmen und Publikationen in den einzelnen Landessprachen.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
