Overall goal


Projektziel ist der Transfer von Know-how einerseits zum Aufbau einer eigenen unabhängigen Dienststelle für Zeugenschutzangelegenheiten sowie andererseits zur Abwicklung von Zeugenschutzprogrammen innerhalb des moldauischen Innenministeriums durch Experten des österreichischen Bundeskriminalamts zur Bekämpfung des Menschenhandels. Die Maßnahmen werden für eine core group von 10 bis 15 Polizeioffizieren des moldauischen Innenministeriums vorbereitet, in weiterer Folge sollen vier ausgewählte Teilnehmer für spezielle Programme weiter trainiert werden. Die moldauische Polizei wird im Rahmen des Projekts mit den europäischen Standards (EUROPOL) zu Zeugenschutzprogrammen vertraut gemacht und somit kann eine verstärkte Integration Moldaus in überregionale Programme zur Bekämpfung des Menschenhandels vorbereitet werden.
