Overall goal


Kleinprojekte der entwicklungspolitischen Bildungs-, Kultur-, und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit in Österreich mit einem Fördervolumen von max. Euro 2.000.- bei einem Gesamtprojektvolumen von max. Euro 10.000,- pro Projekt.


2 Kulturprojekte:

- Österreichisch-Indische Gesellschaft: HOLI- Indien im Farbenrausch (OEZA-Förderung Euro 750,-)

Fotoausstellung über das indische Frühlingsfest Holi ("Fest der Farben"). Fotos in Print- und Diaprojektion, indische Musik, Tanz, und Küche, indischer Filmabend. Produktion eines Katalogs, der auf den entwicklungs- und kulturpolitischen Hintergrund des Festes eingeht. Ziel-/Dialoggruppen: Publikum mit Interesse für Kunst/Fotografie, fremde Kulturen; indische Gemeinschaft in Ö. Kooperation: Institut f. Südasien-, Tibet- und Buddhismuskunde Uni Wien, Kunstuni Linz


- Marchfeld Galerie - Ausstellung zu Onda Latina (OEZA-Förderung Euro 2.000,-)

Ausstellung lateinamerikanischer KünstlerInnen (aus Argentinien u. Kolumbien) im Rahmen von Onda Latina. Vernissage mit lateinam. musikalischer Begleitung, Lesung, Tanzeinlagen und Weltladen Produkten. Plattform für lateinamerikanische KünstlerInnen aus der Region. Ziel-/ Dialoggruppe: kulturinteressiertes Publikum, MultiplikatorInnen der Region, Vernissage: 250 BesucherInnen

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
