Overall goal


Die OEZA plant die Wasserversorgung in Nisporeni, einer Stadt in Zentralmoldau mit 20.000 Einwohnern, zu rehabilitieren. De facto sind seit den achtziger Jahren keine Infrastrukturinvestition getätigt worden, die Stadt leidet unter desolatem, verseuchtem Trinkwasser, was zu früher Sterblichkeit und chronischen Erkrankungen führt, 20 km von der EU Außengrenze.


Derzeit bestehen zwei verschieden Vorschläge zur Lösung der Trinkwasserversorgung von Nisporeni: Die Aufbereitung und Förderung von Oberflächenwasser aus dem Fluss Pruth oder die Aufbereitung des bisher bereits genutzten Brunnenwassers im Stadtbereich. Ggstdl. Projekt soll die Machbarkeit dieser zwei Alternativen hinsichtlich verschiedener Kriterien untersuchen (insb. Investitionskosten, Betriebskosten, Wassergebühren, Betreiberkapazitäten, Risiken und ökologische Qualität).


Die Ergebnisse dienen als Basis zur Erarbeitung eines anlagentechnischen Konzeptes durch KPC für das Nachfolgeprojekt 8199-00/2009. Die Projektplanung und die Anlagenbesichtigung in Nisporeni erfolgt gemeinsam mit der Schweizer DEZA und der Czech Development Agency, um die Möglichkeiten einer gemeinsamen Finanzierung zu prüfen.

  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries.
