Overall goal


Die Caritas und Ihre Partnerorganisationen in der Republik Moldau, in der Ukraine und in Weißrussland leisten in diesem Projekt einen Beitrag zur Umsetzung der Grundsätze der Kinderrechtskonvention. Es gibt bereits eine langjährige erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit den beteiligten Organisationen. Die Partner sind seit vielen Jahren wichtige Akteure im Bereich des Kinderschutzes und arbeiten in nationalen und internationalen Arbeitsgruppen zusammen.


Ziel ist es, eine weitere Professionalisierung im Kinderschutzbereich zu erlangen. 30 Verantwortliche von Kinderschutzprogrammen und MitarbeiterInnen von nationalen und regionalen Regierungsbehörden sind die Hauptzielgruppe der Trainings mit internationalen Experten. Der Austausch von Erfahrungen, Wissensmanagement, Kompetenzerweiterung und Adaptierung von pädagogischen Konzepten steht im Mittelpunkt. Durch Projektbesuche kommen staatliche und zivilgesellschaftliche Akteure in Kontakt mit funktionierenden Modellprojekten. Bei einer Studienreise nach Österreich wird ein Austausch über die Möglichkeiten zur Kooperation zwischen Staat und Zivilgesellschaft ermöglicht, und Überlegungen zur Realisierung in den drei Ländern angestellt. Am Ende des Projektes werden alle Organisationen einen Prozess zur Anpassung ihrer Kinderschutzprogramme an internationale Standards begonnen haben.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
