Overall goal


Mit dem Projekt setzt Südwind NÖ Süd (SW NÖ Süd) von 2010 bis 2012 einen Schwerpunkt auf Globales Lernen. Eine Erweiterung und Entwicklung des Lehr- und Lernprogramms "Weltsicht entwickeln" wird mit Dialoggruppen aus der Aus- und Weiterbildung erarbeitet.


Schwerpunkt ist weiterhin ein Bildungsangebot für junge Menschen und Personen, die in Schulen und in außerschulischen Kontexten mit jungen Menschen arbeiten. PädagogInnen und MultiplikatorInnen haben in der Aus- und Weiterbildung die Möglichkeit der Auseinandersetzung mit entwicklungspolitischen Themen und mit den Prinzipien des Globalen Lernens. Die Kooperationen mit Fachhochschulen (FH) und Pädagogischen Hochschulen (PH) werden dabei weiter intensiviert.


Die Arbeitsbereiche von SW NÖ Süd werden gegliedert in (a) die Verankerung des Globalen Lernens, (b) Bildungsangebote zum Globalen Lernen und (c) Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Vernetzung.


Die Aktivitäten umfassen: (a) jährlich 4 Seminare bzw. Schulungen für LehrerInnen und MultiplikatorInnen zu Inhalten und Methoden des Globalen Lernens an PHs, (b) 10 Einsätze des Ausstellungsprogramms an Schulen und anderen öffentlichen Orten, (c) Veranstaltungen in Kooperation mit Gemeinden des Industrie- und Weinviertels, (e) Öffentlichkeitsarbeit mit lokalen und regionalen Medien. Damit wird die konstruktive und auf konkrete politische und gesellschaftliche Handlungsmöglichkeiten ausgerichtete Auseinandersetzung von Bildungsorganisationen mit den Beziehungen zwischen Nord und Süd gestärkt.


Der Schwerpunkt im Jahr 2010 wird aus aktuellem Anlass der Fußball-Weltmeisterschaft zum Thema Afrika sein. Die Aktivitäten zum Afrikaschwerpunkt sind in das Gesamtprogramm integriert.


Das Arbeitsprogramm von SW NÖ Süd für den Projektzeitraum 2010 bis 2012 ist eingebettet in die UN-Dekade Bildung für Nachhaltige Entwicklung, die bis 2014 angesetzt ist.


Das Projekt wird bei einem Gesamtprojektvolumen von EUR 214.897,00 in der Höhe von EUR 90.000,00 (41,88%) gefördert.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
