Overall goal


Die zentrale Zielsetzung dieses Projektes ist es, den Nationalen Kautschukzapferrat, Conselho Nacional dos Seringueiros - CNS im Staat Amazonas in den notwendigen politischen Maßnahmen zur Gründung und Einrichtung von Schutzgebieten zu unterstützen:


Das erste Ebene des Projektes ist die der Gründung der Schutzgebiete, die zweite ist die Erschließung oder Implementierung der Schutzgebiete, welche ökonomisch lebensfähig gemacht werden müssen, um eine Absiedlung der Einwohner zu verhindern. Dazu werden Produktionsprojekte durchgeführt, die sich nach den jeweiligen ökologischen Gegebenheiten des Regenwaldes richten und die als Ziel die Erhöhung des Einkommens der dort lebenden Familien hat.


Ein zweites Ziel ist die Errichtung eines zusätzlichen Büros der CNS-AM im Munizipio von Jutaí, da in dieser Region 4 Schutzgebiete errichtet werden konnten und ein großer Bedarf für die dort lebende Bevölkerung herrscht. Diese sollen die im Projekt geplante Unterstützung erhalten, welche die Implementierung der Schutzgebiete ermöglichen sollen.


Die gesamte Arbeit dieses Projektes hat eine sozio-ökologische Perspektive, zu der die Bekämpfung der Armut, die gerechte Verteilung des Einkommens, die soziale Ungerechtigkeit im Inneren des Amazonasregenwaldes gehören und welche zur Erhaltung des Regenwaldes beiträgt, was wiederum ein wichtiger Beitrag zu der Lösung globaler Probleme ist, wie das der globalen Erwärmung oder des Treibhauseffekts.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
