Overall goal



Im Rahmen des Vorhabens sollen vor allem die Interessen von Menschen mit Behinderung verstärkt an die Behörden und die Bevölkerung herangetragen werden. Weiters ist durch das Angebot der Schulungen und Begleitung von Initiativen und Nichtregierungsorganisationen eine Stärkung der Zivilgesellschaft vorgesehen.

Durch die intensive Individualhilfe des Zentrums - Angebot an Kursen, Information und Beratung - wird auch versucht, der Zielgruppe den Zugang zum Arbeitsmarkt zu erleichtern.


Das Ressource Center für Menschen mit Behinderung in Novi Sad, dessen Gründung im Jahr 2002 vom BMaA finanziert wurde, soll den Arbeitsschwerpunkt aufgrund der 2-jährigen Erfahrung auf die Arbeit mit lokalen Behörden bzw. den Provinzsekretariaten der Region Vojvodina legen. Dabei soll vor allem die Beschäftigungssituation für Menschen mit Behinderung verbessert werden.

Weiterer Schwerpunkt wird die Vernetzungsarbeit der Nichtregierungsorganisationenen, deren Zielgruppe im weiteren Sinne Menschen mit Behinderungen sind, sein. Mit einem ausgearbeiteten Trainingsprogramm sollen kleinere Initiativen und Nichtregierungsorganisationen befähigt werden, die Interessen ihrer Zielgruppe besser und koordinierter zu vertreten.

Mit der Erarbeitung von Trainingsmodulen für Einzelpersonen (beschäftigungslosen Menschen mit Behinderung), Nichtregierunsorganisationen und StudentInnen soll zudem über ein Honorarsystem die nachhaltige Selbsterhaltungsfähigkeit des Ressorce Centers im Projektzeitraum erlangt werden.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.

  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries.
