Overall goal


Das Projekt von Licht für die Welt in Bosnien Herzegowina zielt darauf ab in 10 Gemeinden und deren Volksschulen den Zugang von Kindern mit Behinderungen zu diesen Schulen zu verbessern und die lokalen Gemeinschaften langfristig zu stärken und zu vernetzen, um Barrieren für eine derartige Inklusion selbstständig, partizipativ unter aktiver Einbindung von Menschen mit Behinderung gemeinsam zu identifizieren, diese gegenüber von Entscheidungsträgern aufzuzeigen und zusammen zu lösen. Durch drei aufeinanderfolgende Aufrufe zur Einreichung von Mikro-Förderungs-Projekten zur Beseitigung oder Adressierung von bestehenden Barrieren werden die verschiedenen Stakeholder aktiviert, zusammengebracht und lernen aus den praktischen Erfahrungen bei der Umsetzung dieser gemeinsamen Projekte. Der lokale Partner MOZAIK unterstützt die Gemeinden dabei durch erfahrene Experten und Facilitators und in mehreren Trainings werden der Gemeinschaft notwendige Fähigkeiten und Wissen vermittelt.

Bildung ist ein Grundstein speziell für Menschen mit Behinderungen, um ein selbstbestimmtes, relativ unabhängiges Leben innerhalb der Gesellschaft zu leben. Für die gesellschaftliche Inklusion ist dabei speziell die inklusive Bildung von Kindern mit Behinderung in Regelschulen zielführend und in westlichen Kulturen anerkannter Standard. In Bosnien und Herzegowina findet trotz Gesetzgebung aus 2003, die die schulische Inklusion von Kindern mit Behinderung vorsieht, diese noch kaum statt und es existieren weiterhin große Barrieren für eine effektive schulische Inklusion von Kindern mit Behinderung. Gründe dafür sind vor allem mangelndes staatliches Engagement und eine diskriminierende öffentliche Meinung.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
