Overall goal


Das Ludwig-Boltzmann Institut (BIM) führt anlässlich des 10. Jahrestages der UN-Resolution 1325 ein bildungspolitisches Projekt für Schulen zum Thema bewaffnete Konflikte und Geschlechtergerechtigkeit durch. In Anbindung an das "Zentrum polis - Politik lernen in der Schule" wird das Thema "Krieg und bewaffnete Konflikte - Ohne Frauen kein Friede?" mit SchülerInnen erarbeitet.


Die geplanten Aktivitäten umfassen: 1.Unterrichtsmaterialien: LehrerInnen-Handreichung und SchülerInnen-Begleitheft, Film DVD "Frauen in Uganda" von CARE, 2. Einsatz des Unterrichtsmaterials in der LehrerInnenausbildung, 3. Einrichtung eines Web-Themendossiers (Materialpaket, WS-Angebote, Film-, Link- und Literaturtipps).

Ziel ist zu erkennen, dass nach einem Krieg oder ein bewaffneten Konflikt Frieden nachhaltig hergestellt werden kann, wenn beide Geschlechter gleichberechtigt Lösungen suchen und umsetzen. Viel Raum für Diskussion und Auseinandersetzung soll die Bereitschaft fördern sich auf ein Thema einzulassen und eigene Sichtweisen zu hinterfragen sowie persönliche Standpunkte zu formulieren.


Das Projekt wird bei einem Gesamtprojektvolumen von EUR 14.850,- in der Höhe von EUR 10.000,- (67,34%) gefördert.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
