Overall goal


Projektziel ist die beruflich-soziale Reintegration und Wiedereingliederung von Frauen aus Risikogruppen oder Frauen, die mit dem Gesetz in Konflikt stehen, in El Salvador (in den Departments La Libertad, San Salvador, Santa Ana und Sonsonante).

Damit soll zur “sozialen Harmonie im Land, zur Förderung und Beibehaltung des Friedens, Ruhe im Inneren, zur freien Ausübung der Rechte und Freiheiten der Menschen, zum Rückgang von Gewalt und Straffälligkeit, zur Beherrschung der Verbrechen und der Korruption, strikten Achtung der Menschenrechte und zur Reintegration von Gefangenen” (Vision des Ministeriums für Justiz und Sicherheit) beigetragen werden.

Von den 2.971 direkt Begünstigten sind 2.341 gefangene Frauen in drei Gefängnissen und einem Zentrum für Strafvollzug; 90 Mädchen und Jungen, die mit ihren Müttern in Haftanstalten sind; 40 Sicherheitsbedienstete und multidisziplinäre Teams in den Gefängnissen; sowie 50 ArbeitgeberInnen und –nehmerInnen aus Arbeitszentren, die Menschen auf Bewährung empfangen; 50 Mitglieder der Gemeindeorganisationen und 400 StudentInnen, DozentInnen und Angestellte der Nationaluniversität.

Indirekt Begünstigte sind 15.000 Familienmitglieder und Nahestehende der gefangenen Frauen; 2.641 Frauen in Gefängnissen im gesamten Strafvollzugssystem und rund 500 Angestellte der Haftanstalten. Das Projekt wird in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Generaldirektion der Strafvollzugsanstalten durchgeführt.

Erwartete Resultate:

1. Die psychosozialen Kapazitäten und Fähigkeiten des Personals in staatlichen Einrichtungen zur erleichterten beruflich-sozialen Wiedereingewöhnung und –eingliederung der Gefangenen sind gestärkt.

2. Psycho-pädagogische Prozesse mit gefangenen Frauen und ihren mit-inhaftierten Kindern sind etabliert.

3. Beschäftigungs-, Erziehungs- und Gemeindeinstitutionen, sowie die Bevölkerung im Allgemeinen sind sensibilisiert bezüglich spezieller Bedürfnisse gefangener Frauen und ihrer beruflich-sozialen Wiedereingliederung.
