Short Description:

Overall goal


Das Projekt fokussiert auf die entscheidende Rolle von Kleinbauern , dem Rückgrat des ägyptischen Landwirtschaftssektors, sowie von lokalen landwirtschaftlichen Händlern und Regierungsbeamten, sowohl in der Implementierung wie auch der Information über nationale landwirtschaftliche und umweltrelevante Ziele. Das Projekt verfolgt zum einen eine Stärkung der Beziehung zwischen Zivilgesellschaft und Lokalregierung - durch Förderung der Kapazitäten im Hinblick auf eine Zusammenarbeit mit Repräsentanten der Lokaladministration des neulich gegründeten Landwirtschafts-Netzwerkes - zum anderen die Information über lokale Verfahrensweisen und eine gemeinsame Lösung der landwirtschaftlichen und umweltbedingten Probleme in drei Bezirken in Oberägypten (Qena, Sohag und Fayoum).


Das Oberziel ist, dass lokale Bürger - sowohl Frauen wie auch Männer - der ärmsten und anfälligsten Communities mit Regierungsbeamten an der Entwicklung und der Implementierung der Pläne und Verfahrensweisen partizipieren, um nachhaltigen Lebensunterhalt, der ägyptische Naturressourcen schützt. zu sichern.


Spezifische Ziele:

1) Ein landwirtschaftliches Netzwerk fungiert als effektiver lokaler Vermitttler zwischen Kleinbauern, Händlern, Regierungsrepräsentanten und anderen Schlüssel-Stakeholdern, um Barrieren zu einem nachhaltigen Lebensunterhalt zu beseitigen.

2) Frauengruppen, die strategisch mit dem landwirtschaftlichen Netzwerk verbunden sind, fördern die Partizipation von Frauen im nachhaltigen Lebensunterhalt in der Landwirtschaft.

3) das Landwirtschafts-Netzwerk stellt Services für Mitglieder (FNGOs und Input Händler eingeschlossen) bereit, um Marktchancen zu verbessern, besonders in der Agro-Ökologie, was zu einem verbesserten Lebensunterhalt der Kleinbauern führt

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
