Dieses dreijährige Projekt ist das Folgeprojekt des bereits von ADA geförderten Projekts Thema Kinder- und Jugendschutz in Moldau, als dessen Rahmen eine Berufsschule in der Gemeinde Grigorauca (Region Singerei) aufgebaut wurde. Das vorliegende Projekt hat zum Oberziel, die in den ruralen Regionen Moldaus besonders ausgeprägte Armut in fünf Projektregionen (Singerei, Telenesti, Orhei, Rezina, Soldanesti) durch ländliche Entwicklung und arbeitsschaffende Maßnahmen zu verringern.

Es werden mehrere Projektaktivitäten verfolgt, die zusammen wirtschaftliche Aktivitäten in der Projektregion steigern sollen und auf deren Basis insbesondere jungen Menschen und jungen Unternehmern Know-how und Expertise vermittelt wird:

Zum einen werden die bereits bestehenden Berufsschulkurse (Frisör, Näherin, Traktorkurs, Buchhaltung und Computerkurse) fortgesetzt und um zwei neue Fächer (Metall- und Holzverarbeitung) erweitert.

Zum anderen werden mobile Trainingsteams konzipiert, um auch Kurzzeitausbildungen im Berufsschulbereich in diesen ländlichen Regionen anbieten zu können.

Darüber hinaus werden zwei sektorenspezifische Verbände (Tourismus und Handwerkskunst) und ein Landwirtschaftsverband gegründet, Startkapital zur Unterstützung von neuen und bereits existierenden KMUs zur Verfügung gestellt und ein Beratungszentrum für Unternehmer, Berufsschulabsolventen und KMUs eingerichtet.

  • Type of Aid – Aid modalities: classifies transfers from the donor to the first recipient of funds such as budget support, core contributions and pooled programmes and funds to CSOs and multilateral organisations, project-type interventions, experts and other technical assistance, scholarships and student costs in donor countries, debt relief, administrative costs and other in-donor expenditures.
  • Purpose/ sector code: classifies the specific area of the recipient’s economic or social structure, funded by a bilateral contribution.
  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
