Overall goal


Ziel der Wirtschaftspartnerschaft ist die Unterstützung der Textile Trade Association (TTA) zur Qualitätssicherung in der mazedonischen Textilindustrie, sowie Weiterbildung von Fachkräften und Schaffung von 200 Arbeitsplätzen durch Aufbau eines neuen Betriebes.


Expected results


Die TTA wird gemeinsam mit seinen Mitgliedsunternehmen auf ein Textilbündnis für ökologisch-soziale Standards zuarbeiten und Fortbildungsschulungen als verlässlicher Dienstleister anbieten. 24 Führungskräfte im mittleren Management und 3 Universitätsprofessoren werden über das TTA fortgebildet. 200 Arbeitskräfte werden zu neuen Fertigungsmethoden weitergebildet.


Target group / Beneficiaries


Zielgruppe des Projektes sind Fachkräfte in der mazedonischen Bekleidungsindustrie ebenso wie Führungskräfte. Gleichzeitig wird die mazedonische Textilindustrie auf Standards nach europäischem Vorbild vorbereitet. Die Arbeitsplatzsicherung sowie Fortbildungsmaßnahmen des TTA können durch hohe Qualitätsstandards garantiert werden. Der lokale Partner BTB Macedonia EOOD GmbH wird das Projekt in Mazedonien betreuen.


Activities


Das Maßnahmenpaket setzt sich aus den folgenden Komponenten zusammen:

(1) Aufbau des organisatorischen Projekt Set-ups und Einrichtung von Räumlichkeiten für Fortbildungen

(2) Kapazitätsaufbau des TTA, Gründung eines mazedonischen Textilbündnisses und Mitgliedschaft des TTA im deutschen Bündnis für nachhaltige Textilien

(3) Branchenübergreifende Strukturstärkung für die mazedonische Bekleidungsindustrie

(4) Aufbau des neuen Betriebes mit innovativen Fertigungsmethoden


Context


Das Vorhaben leistet einen Beitrag zur Förderung einer nachhaltigen wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung und der Schaffung von bzw. der Minderung des Verlustes von Frauenarbeitsplätzen.

  • Tied/Untied: Untied aid is defined as loans and grants whose proceeds are fully and freely available to finance procurement from all OECD countries and substantially all developing countries. Transactions are considered tied unless the donor has, at the time of the aid offer, clearly specified a range of countries eligible for procurement which meets the tests for “untied” aid.
