Overall goal


Das Ziel des Projekts ist es, ein nachhaltiges Modell von Hauskrankenpflege für ältere Menschen in Not im Kanton Sarajevo und einer Gemeinde in der Republika Srpska (RS) einzuführen.


Expected results


Das Ziel ist erreicht, wenn mobile Pflegedienstleistungen angeboten werden und das nötige Personal ausgebildet wird. Langfristige soll das Modell der Pflegedienstleistung im ganzen Land und in der Westbalkanregion repliziert werden.


Target group / Beneficiaries


Dieses Projekt richtet sich an ältere Menschen aus zwei identifizierten prioritären Gemeinden im Kanton Sarajevo und in der Republika Srpska, die Heimpflege benötigen. Von der WIPA werden mindestens 11 lokale KMUs durch Zugang zu Unternehmensdienstleistungen und Zugang zu Finanzierung sowie insgesamt 952? Personen profitieren. Insgesamt werden 25 Jobs direkt geschaffen (20 für Frauen und 5 für Männer).


Activities


1) Gründung und Ausstattung eines Dienstleistungsanbieters „House of Support (HS)“ in Bosnien und Herzegowina;

2) Entwicklung und Durchführung eines Pflegebetreuungsprogrammes, welches aus 120 Stunden aus Theorie- und praktischer Arbeit besteht;

3) Die Zielgruppe wird im Detail definiert und erste Kunden nehmen die Dienstleistungen in Anspruch.

 


Context


In Bosnien und Herzegowina ist die die Hauskrankenpflege schlecht organisiert bzw. meist nicht verfügbar. Die Antragssteller möchten hier einen Beitrag leisten, dieses Problem zu lösen und ein nachhaltiges Unterstützungsmodell für ältere Menschen etablieren. Die WIPA wird analog zum Rahmenprogramm Hilfswerk International 2020-2023 - Nachhaltige Modelle Mobiler Pflegebetreuung (1980-03/2020) implementiert.
